The Akuvox VC50T is a 5MP outdoor turret IP camera that pairs discreet, vandal-conscious styling with the most advanced analytics in the VC50 series. A 1/2.8" Sony STARVIS back-illuminated CMOS sensor delivers sharp 2592 x 1944 video at 30 fps, with 0.003 lux minimum illumination for outstanding low-light performance.

**Full colour when it counts.** Dual illumination combines 40 m infrared with a 30 m warm light under automatic control, letting the VC50T switch to full colour capture when activity is detected. You get clothing and vehicle colours instead of grey silhouettes, and the 120 dB WDR engine holds detail in lobbies, entrances, and drive lanes with strong backlight.

**Analytics that go beyond detection.** In addition to human perimeter detection, the VC50T adds loitering detection, people gathering detection, and heatmap analysis. That makes it more than a security camera: retailers can see traffic patterns, property managers can spot loitering near entrances before it becomes an incident, and monitoring stations receive alerts that actually matter.

**Two-way audio ready.** A built-in microphone plus speaker support enables audio deterrence and live voice-down through compatible platforms, a genuine advantage for parking areas and after-hours perimeter response.

**Built for our climate.** The all-metal IP67 turret housing operates from -20°C to +60°C and shrugs off snow, freezing rain, and summer heat. The compact 125 mm form factor mounts cleanly under eaves and soffits, and the turret design avoids the IR reflection issues that plague dome cameras in dusty or snowy conditions.

**Installer friendly by design.** Single-cable PoE (IEEE 802.3af) with DC 12V backup, full ONVIF and RTSP support for broad NVR and VMS compatibility, a fixed 2.8 mm F1.6 lens with a wide 124° diagonal field of view, and an external SD slot supporting edge recording up to 512 GB.
