Zycoo Network Call Buttons — PB-S11

The PB-S11 is a network-connected call-for-help device. A single press opens a call to predefined destinations over SIP, without an audible local alert — the person pressing it can request assistance without drawing attention nearby.

How it works

• Silent activation — no local siren or indicator, so the request isn't visible to a person causing the situation
• Predefined destinations — calls route to a security desk, a microphone console, or any SIP endpoint you designate
• PoE powered — single-cable installation, no local power supply
• System integration — registers to the Zycoo IP Audio Center or a third-party SIP server alongside speakers and intercoms

Typical placement

Reception and front-desk positions, washrooms and change rooms, isolated work areas, late-shift retail counters, parking structures, healthcare treatment rooms — locations where staff or the public may need discreet assistance and where a phone isn't practical or fast enough.

Zycoo IP audio products are communication and paging equipment. They are not listed to CAN/ULC-S524, CAN/ULC-S527 or CAN/ULC-S576 and must not be specified as fire alarm emergency voice communication or mass notification systems. They are suitable for general paging, announcements, background music and staff communication.
