The Dahua N82DDS2 is an 8MP 4K WizSense network bullet camera designed for reliable indoor and outdoor video surveillance. Featuring Dahua's VU-MORE Basic Night Color technology, Smart Dual Illuminators and intelligent Analytics+, the N82DDS2 delivers detailed video day and night while helping reduce unnecessary motion alerts.

Its Smart Dual Illumination system combines infrared and warm white light with up to 30 m (98 ft) illumination range. In low-light conditions, the camera can operate discreetly using infrared illumination and activate its white light when a person enters the monitored area, allowing the camera to capture additional full-colour detail.

The camera uses a 1/2.7-inch 8MP CMOS sensor to deliver up to 3840 × 2160 resolution at 20 fps, while its wide-angle 2.8 mm F1.6 fixed lens provides a 111° horizontal field of view. True 120 dB WDR, Smart IR and 3D digital noise reduction help maintain clear images in challenging lighting conditions.

Built-in Dahua Analytics+ provides intelligent Perimeter Protection, Tripwire, Intrusion Detection and Smart Motion Detection+. The camera can distinguish human and vehicle activity while filtering common sources of false alarms such as animals, moving vegetation, lighting changes and weather.

The N82DDS2 also includes a built-in microphone, microSD recording support up to 256 GB, ONVIF Profile S and T compatibility, Smart H.265+/H.264+ video compression and convenient PoE 802.3af connectivity. Its rugged metal housing carries an IP67 weather-resistant rating and is designed to operate in temperatures from -40°C to +55°C, making it well suited to Canadian residential and commercial surveillance installations.
